Refund & Return Policy

At LASHÉ, we want you to feel completely confident when shopping with us. We stand by the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns & Refunds

  • You may request a refund within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Refunds will be issued after deducting a ₹300 administration fee.
  • After the 3-day period, your order will be covered under our 30-day warranty for manufacturing defects only.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Administration Fee: ₹300 administration fee will be deducted from all refunds

Warranty

  • All LASHÉ products come with a 30-day warranty covering manufacturing defects.
  • This warranty does not include fair wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by the customer.
  • Warranty begins from the date of order and is valid for 30 days only.
  • If your item is eligible, we will replace, exchange, or issue a store credit.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges for unused products (in original packaging) arefree of charge.
  • Refunds, however, will attract an administration fee of ₹300, deducted from the refunded amount.

Important Notes

  • Refunds/Returns are valid only on full-priced products. Items bought on discount, during promotions, or with gift cards are not eligible.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
  • If your order has not yet been shipped, we can offer a store credit or swap, but not a cash refund.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
  • For secure delivery, we recommend using a trackable courier service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Settlement

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
  • Please note, banks and payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
